If you’re over 50, come along to the launch of the Move Your Body program, a Stay on Your Feet initiative.
The program will help build your balance and improve your strength to help reduce falls.
Listen to guest speakers, find out information about local clubs for seniors, enjoy some morning tea and sign up to join the six-week program in October.
